Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are 3D printed to order, all sales are final once production has started.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• change of mind
• ordering the wrong item, colour, or size
• minor cosmetic layer lines, seams, or small variations that are normal with 3D printing
• custom or made-to-order items

However, we will make it right if your item arrives:

• damaged in shipping
• defective
• materially different from what you ordered

To request help with a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Items must not be used, modified, painted, glued, broken by misuse, or altered after delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started yet. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled because materials and machine time have already been committed.

3D Printing Disclaimer

3D printed items may have small visible layer lines, seams, support marks, tiny colour variations, or minor surface imperfections. These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
